The facilities were in poor shape. Both the pool and the weight room were out of order and the hotel was in an appalling state of disrepair. It was a poor value for the price.

This hotel has had numerous car break-ins in their parking lot! Our car was broken into and the only help we got from the staff was they told us to call "911". They knew several cars had been broken into overnight, yet they did nothing to inform the guests. This is Southern hospitality?

This hotel was a disappointment. Both the pool and the gym were out of order, and the facility was generally in a poor state of repair. It was definitely a poor value for the money.

I was just upset that the pool and exercise rooms were not working. Other than that, the hotel was fine.

There are not a lot of choices in places to eat near this hotel.

This hotel made me feel welcome: It is a clean and well maintained building inside and out. It will always give you the feeling that you have picked the right place for your stay in South Carolina.

The first Country Inn and Suites by Carlson (Charlotte) was a disappointment. The second one (Burlington) was a delight.

The location was very nice. It was convenient to many restaurants, the mall, and movie theatre. The staff was not very well informed about area - they didn't realize how many amenities surrounded the hotel. The hotel accommodations were exceptional, which is what I expect from Country Inns and Suites. Breakfast was good. The entry area was warm and inviting. The staff was very pleasant.

This hotel made me feel secure: I felt secure there because of the well lighted parking lot. Their interior rooms are secure. And it's located in a 'safe' area.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I felt welcome there because of their very friendly staff. We arrived earlier than expected and the hotel manager accommodated us and allowed us to check-in. The staff was very familiar with the area and directed us to the local places to eat, shop etc.

It was above average, everything worked in the hotel, the staff was very friendly and really went out of their way to make us feel at home. It seemed that the staff wasn't so much following a program as they were serving their customers.

This hotel made me feel hip: They provided reliable high speed internet in their rooms and made a point to tell us they had installed extra insulation to make the rooms quieter.
