37 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

Some exercise equipment was out of order. The pool was not supervised.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very friendly and answered all questions.

I am very likely to return to the Country Inn and Suites Carter Lake.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

30 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The staff was friendly but I was very disappointed that there was no way to check email, not everyone has wireless laptops! I was there for a long stay and could not get access which was frustrating. Also the toilets clogged a few times and if the linens aren't changed everyday it would be nice of them to leave out the environment cards to explain why.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Country Inn and Suites Carter Lake.
I might recommend it to friends.

38 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

This hotel is clean, easy to get to, and has a nice staff. Brand new beds had just been added to the rooms. There's a great complimentary breakfast each morning.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Country Inn and Suites Carter Lake.
I might recommend it to friends.
