Dirty horrid room, when I complained the manager Eva was horrid she really couldn't have cared less. I will never stay here again. On my trip from Canada this is without a doubt the dirties worst hotel

Love the staff( customer service was excellent), food, the view and room was very clean. Downtown was wonderful and so was the beach! Hated the towels (to hard),parking (nor enough)and you really need some to unload luggage from the cars or ask if we need help with it.

We have stayed at a couple of different hotels in the Ventura area and we like this one the best. It has great under ground parking which is a great plus for my picky husband. He has his hotrod and if he can't park in a nice roomy space its a no go. ...

It was conveniently located near a highway.The bathroom toilet was leaking water and the highway noise was loud. The hotel was convenient and met our needs but it could use a little maintenance.
