We were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The cookies at the front desk were great. We were greeted with a " goody Bag" Within 15 minutes of checkin, we received a call from the front desk making sure everything was OK....
Facility very clean. Rooms comfortable.

The front desk staff was friendly and the room was okay but the cleaning staff was lacking in doing there job. The bathroom had dirty streak down the side of the wall, the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in a month , the floors had not...

My stay was for two weeks in a suite. I had two beds in a newer hotel.
The desk personnel are non-descriptive. No smiles, no thank you, no you're welcome. They lacked southern hospitality!
They rooms are very noisy, right next to an interstate highway. You can hear other guests doors slamming, whether below you or above you. I heard the guests above me, walking. You can hear other guest through the bathroom vent.
I had to buy mildew remover to clean the black off the bottom of the tub. It has like a non-slip surface. I never felt clean while there. The water flow in the shower is an annoying mist, little water pressure despite having a massage shower head.
The housekeeping personnel were very friendly. They had a free USA Today daily.
They are pet friendly, but didn't provide sanitary waste bags, nor a drop site for waste. There were mounds all over in the back of the property.
It was $2.00 for the washer, and $2.00 for the dryer. It took $4.00 to dry a small load of laundry.
It’s located very close to theatre, shopping, Target, Pier 1, Wal-Mart. It’s near typical restaurants, Applebee’s, Ruby Tuesdays, Hardees, Sticky Fingers, and has immediate I-26 access.
I've stayed in better for cheaper when it was late in the night to find an upscale hotel, but when you have pets, sometimes you have to settle.
