This hotel chain is usually fine. They are privately owned and this one has an incredibly rude and unprofessional management that soured an otherwise very enjoyable family trip. Just be sure to check your credit card charges when you get home.

Staff is extremely accomodating to all needs. The jucuzzi and pool area are wonderful. The business office area, efficient. The suite is a bit narrow and we had a little bit of trouble adjusting the temperature to suit our taste. The continental breakfast has a nice selection and great coffee. The atmosphere that is created feels like a home away from home. All in all, we always want to return to this Country Inn and Suites.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was immaculate and comfortable with good lighting. The breakfast included a variety of food eaten in an attractive room.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful with driving directions. The hotel was more than I expected for the price, a great value for us. The staff was very friendly.
I was made at ease first by the front desk staff talking us in with directions because the MapQuest directions were wrong. The staff greeted us effusively, had our reservation and key ready and waiting. We were checked-in, refreshed, and back out the door for our concert in less than half an hour.

I took my 15yr old daughter and 15yr old cousin. We got the Ant Bully special. Even though they are 15 the backpacks were a great asset for our trip to OC. They really enjoyed the microwave popcorn,lemonade, and goggles.
