This hotel was very nice, clean and homey feeling. I made reservations and had to change a date and after it was done I had to change it again. Staff was very, very helpful, understanding and friendly. Location for me was great and close to restraunts and shopping centers.
Was absolutely satisfied with the hotel and our room! Our room was very clean, the staff was courteous and made note to have fruit available for us at 4:30am when we had to leave early for a track meet. The establishment was well decorated and I was very satisfied with the price. I'm surprised this is only a 3 star establishment. I thought it was worth at least 4! If we have to room again in Round Rock I would not hesitate to come back. :-)

64 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
If this was the only hotel available I would not go back to this hotel. The incompetent desk clerk had an attitude that was unacceptable. The only reason I stayed was I had to attend a wedding the next day. As soon as it was over I checked out a day early and left. They charged me for the two days and then added charges for early check out. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company.
