Mediocre
It wasn't that great a hotel, and not to the standards I have expected from this chain in the past. After checking into the room, I wanted to clean up before attending a function in connection with a family funeral; I was under a bit of a deadline...
38 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The room was very run down. The carpet was stained and the bathroom was dirty. I did not get any help from the front desk. I e-mailed the main office and have not received a response.
