This was my first stay and I was pleasantly surprised. The decor was charming, the room spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were above average. The location was very convenient, though I found the interstate noise annoying. I would ask for a room on the other side, away from the highway next time. There was no restaurant, but the continental breakfast was excellent, and the cookies were a nice touch at the desk. I was delighted by the book loan program, too! The associates were all friendly and helpful, and the maids did a great job every day. I would certainly recommend it to others, and will look for Courtyard Inn and Suites for my next business trip. I work for a non-profit, and we do not have a large budget, so I was extremely pleased with the price!

We booked into this hotel, unloaded our things into our room noticing things like the carpet molding coming unglued, door to the dresser drawer falling off, and the large gap to the door being the door was misaligned.
We left the hotel to visit a few sites of Little Rock, returned approx. 2 hours later to find that we could not enter our room! We called the front desk, they had changed our key, why, we still do not know? It was very suspicious, we will never go there again, never!
The mattress and pillows exceptionally comfortable, not hard or soft, just right. Slept great. The room was clean and fresh with excellent black out curtains and a fantastic air conditioner that made no inconsistent cycling on-and-off noises. The...
