I love this Hotel.... My family and I stay here everytime we come to NY City (so we don't have to pay ridiculous taxes in NY). The Mall is literally across the street ( you could walk and be there in less than 5 minutes)..... Rooms have always been clean. Breakfast is okay.... not a FULL Breakfast ....but good enough to start your day!!! Room Service is Great!!

The night staff was unwilling to address any of our concerns and were rude, but the day staff was friendly and courteous. The air conditioner in our room did not get the room to a comfortable temperature.

The location of the hotel was excellent, it was easy to travel from and has a nice large mall nearby. The service was slightly below expected, the employees seemed impatient and overwhelmed. However the hotel was very clean and a great price.
