The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms could use more sound barriers and the housekeeping staff could learn English; other than that, I felt very welcomed.

The desk clerk treated us like we were a nuisance, continued to take a personal call for several minutes before checking us in. Instructions about parking and directions were curt. I did not feel safe.

Initial reservation was great. The clerk at check-in was rude and blunt. Clerk in the morning was great! The room was wonderful, but could've used better lighting and climate control!
