This was the worst hotel experience that we have had. The front desk clerk was rude and could barely speak English. We will never go to a Country Suites again.

Worst hotel experience ever. The guy could barely speak English and could not figure out which rooms had guests. Parking lot was almost empty by the way and I can see why. Choose somewhere else do NOT stay here under any conditions.

We actually stayed at this location for 4 nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was quick to respond. Room was clean and comfortable. Great to have the high speed internet. Best of all was the excellent continental breakfast!! ...
Very accessible to the Interstate. Accomodations were spacious and clean. Service was friendly. Rooms have high speed internet connection. Complimentary breakfast buffet included. Ask for reduced rate if you are visiting U of L. A nice, no hassle...
