Okay
Upon arrival, the front desk was unable to provide a baggage/luggage cart. Several times when I tried to phone front desk no one answered phone. Our "king size" suite was SMALL, had very little room when pullout couch was open.

Excellent hotel with all the amenities. Room was spotless and comfortable. Appreciate being able to have pet in a nonsmoking room. Not a hint of smoking anywhere. Lots of very well maintained lawn area too. Definitely will stay here again.
