Horrible
We were very disappointed with our visit to this hotel. I should've known that it wasn't going to be a good experience when I tried calling and they didn't answer the phone the first 4 times. Then when they finally did answer the phone they hung...
The hotel was very nice, staff was friendly and helpful (especially LeeAnn). The room was clean. There was always juice and coffee available. There were fresh cookies in the afternoon. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety, great for pickier...
31 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
This was a nice hotel, right by the interstate, with plenty of room for our large family. There were two TV's in the room, so if we didn't want one on, but the kids wanted to watch, they could watch away from us...and vice versa. The pool was very nice, as was the hot tub. We left before breakfast was out, so I can't comment on that. We had always had great experiences at the Comfort Suites next to this hotel, but thought the price was good here and we needed the extra room!
