I booked 6 rooms here for a Bachelorette Party and we had the worst time. It was a good thing the Bride to be passed out before it really got ugly. When we arrived we had the worst service checking in. It took the inexperienced clerk waaaaay too long to get us our rooms. When we got to our rooms we each saw a little bug crawling on the floor, either in the bathroom or out in the living room. We killed it and thought nothing more about it. We went to dinner came back to the room then there was a dead bug in our bathroom toilet. We went out to a couple of night spots to return to a room infested with these bugs. I told the on duty manager and he said he was sorry how about he comes to spray the room with a chemical bug spray. I said absolutly not!!!!! He wanted to spray it in our rooms then have us lay in the chemically filled air, I don't think so. After killing 6 in the room since we got back I told him I couldn't take it anymore. He then told us that we could move down the hall to different rooms. Once arriving in those rooms at 4:30am we only saw a couple of bugs. A few hours later at check out, the only thing that the he was willing to do was give us 50% off when we did not sleep at all. It was the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel. I will never go back to that hotel nor any other ones in their chain!!!!!!!

Nothing.Staff very unwilling to help their customers.“The staff is not educated on how to make reservations or hotel policies and they are very unwilling to help their customers when there is an issue. I would never stay there again...
52 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
It had excellent service, breakfast, and management! The employees were very courteous. The hotel was hard to locate and the pool was very cold. Otherwise the stay was excellent. I would recommend it.
They treated us courteously and responded to our questions. They let me use their personal printer for map printing.
I am very likely
to return to the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Fort Wayne-North.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
