We went there for a hockey tournament, the night manager told us he hated Winnipeggers, Canadians and hockey teams and didn't want us there, so we will never go back. He took 2 young girls, age 7, and locked them in seperate rooms, crying. They were returning to their rooms from another girl's room, while I went to the pool to get their parents to let them into their rooms. They had done nothing wrong. As well, the breakfast lady was rude, pushed a different girl who was trying to take her cereal and milk to the table, mad her spill it and then didn't apologize or try to help her. I don't believe that anyone is welcome at the Country Inn suites.

From the moment that we checked in, the staff was very friendly and courteous. Whenever we had a question, it was answered promptly and there was always someone near the front desk. The staff had a positive attitude and seemed to be happy working there and it showed with the way that they dealt with their customers.
