My work keeps me traveling for much of the year and I have stayed at places ranging from definite 5-Star plus to minus 5. This motel is one of the top places I have stayed, at least at this price point. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have stayed here on five separate occasions and never been disappointed. The rooms are good size, clean and welcoming. The beds are firm and comfortable. On one occasion a group of young teens were in the motel for some event. Late in the evening several of them began running up and down the hallway pounding on doors and screaming at one another. This went on for about an hour. When the chaperones failed to appear, a staff person came to the floor and took charge, apologizing to other guests and restoring order. When I went to check out the following morning I was told that all guests on that floor were being given a discount for having endured the unpleasant episode. I find this remarkable, particularly at a time when so many establishments seem to have forgotten what customer service should be. I highly recommend this motel to anyone.

The rooms are very uncomfortable. The walls are paper thing and the rooms are noisy. The bed was very uncomfortable due to a cheap mattress and cheap linens.

It seemed like I heard every footstep taken in my half of the hotel. the room noise was so loud it made watching television difficult.

The staff is very friendly, the room is very accommodating with a desk too, and you wake up every morning to the smell of waffles which is part of the free breakfast included (donuts, eggs, sausage, cereal, and juices).

Also, they have an exercise room and huge pool. Pets are included with a very convenient area which is lit up all night. On the parking lot is the Outback restaurant which is great, and they will deliver to your room.

I find that they are decorated for each season. The service is always good. It is clean and comfortable!

They had a good quality of furnishings. The service from the people is always great!

I went for the Duluth Air show. The hotel was less than a mile from the airport. It’s also easy to get to and from downtown.

They had a very quick check in and very comfortable beds.
