Excellent
Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby and all of hotel was spotless, bright and welcoming. Rooms were fresh and clean. Easy access to shopping area. This would be my first choice if I had to make another trip to Dubuque.
Easy check in. Upgraded to a suite for $10. Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was good-decent variety for continental. Good variety of restaurants nearby. Not alot of traffic, off of the main streets. Very quiet. Pool was nice, kids enjoyed ...
42 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
It was fairly easy to find, right off of a major thoroughfare. The check-in took about one minute and we were in our suite within two minutes. I liked that there were two adjacent restaurants and a third within a few minutes walk.
The desk staff was warm, friendly and quick to get us checked in. We were in our room within five minutes of walking into the lobby. The continental breakfast buffet wasn't scheduled to open until seven, but was opened at six to accommodate our early departure time. The food was plentiful, warm and delicious.
I am very likely
to return to the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Dubuque.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Excellent
A quiet and clean facility located in a medical complex on Dubuque’s west side. Great Mexican dining next door at Carlos O’Kelly’s. We were very impressed by the well enforced curfew that keeps noise levels at a minimum after ten p.m.
