Horrible
There are cheaper hotels in the area. Small rooms, uncomfortable beds, terrible breakfast, dirty pool area. Cheaper and nicer hotels in the same vicinity and just as close to the mall.

The hotel was nice, as hotels go. The location to the Mall of America was perfect and they provided a convenient shuttle. It was also easy to access highways to other destinations like the University of Minnesota, which was the main purpose of our ...

First time in Minneapolis, a friend picked this hotel for me. Was clean, comfortable and loved the fresh, hot cookies every day. Loved going to the breakfast nook inthe mornings....had a nice variety of breakfast items.

Good
the hotel was nice, for the price. The water pressure in the showers was great. The King size bed was the best. My husband and I enjoyed every part of the hotel. When we got home we bought the same bed for our own home.

The hotel website advertised a fitness room with weight machines among other equipment. There was even a photo of the fitness room with weight equipment on the website. When we arrived the fitness room only had treadmills and stationary bikes in it. My decision to stay at this facility and pay extra was because the fitness room had weight machines. The location was great, right across the street from the Mall of America. I informed management when we returned home. They said they did not have control over the photos on there website, whatever that meant! They sent us a twenty-five dollar gift certificate that could only be used at one of their businesses!
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Bloomington at Mall of America.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel had a nice location, close to the Mall of America, rather pricy for the money, with great breakfasts, but not too good transportation to the mall.
I am very likely
to return to the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Bloomington at Mall of America.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Its very convenient for shopping at Mall of America. Its within walking distance, they have a shuttle, but we didn't bother to take advantage of it since the weather was so nice. The breakfast is very nice, during the week they make great waffles! The rooms are comfortable, although could sometimes be a bit worn. We didn't have that problem with the room this last time. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. All in all, a great experience.
The staff was very friendly at check-in, They offered info. before we asked. They had cookies available! Always acknowledged us when entering or leaving.
