We always stay at this hotel when we are in Minneapolis. This trip was to look at a few colleges for my younger daughter. Very convenient to get around Minneapolis, convenient to the Mall of America as well as Valley Fair. Super nice and helpful...

We spent one night in the hotel while shopping at the Mall of America. The hotel provided a free shuttle bus to the mall which was very convinient. The stuff of the hotel (especially receptionist H) was really nice and helpful. Room was very clean...

The staff was very friendly and informative about the area if you needed to get somewhere. It was a nice hotel, but the breakfast quality and taste were poor.
The security guard was always walking around and he was very observant.

The shuttle to the Mall of America was a very useful service and I was thrilled that I did not have to worry about driving my car to the mall. The hotel was clean and pleasant and the desk staff was very helpful. I did, however, wished that there was someone in the pool area to enforce the adult swim hour. I was not able to use the swimming pool at all, because it was full of young teenagers and their families.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Bloomington West.

I have stayed in Country Inn & Suites before and they are always homey and comfortable. Since the disappearance of a reasonably priced full service hotel, I was shocked and pleased to find they put in both a nice intimate bar and a fine dining...

Our main purpose for staying at this hotel was to be close to the aiport for our flight out the next morning. We stayed the rest of the vacation with relatives in Wisconsin, but didn't want to spend 2 hrs driving to the airport early in the morning...
