Mediocre
Hotel was hidden behind trailer park--not as depicted in pictures. Carpet was dirty and old. Cigarette lighter found near lamp from prior guest and this is supposed to be a no smoking hotel. Toiletries were scarce and the housekeeping staff did not...

58 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
There was no air conditioning in the hallway on our floor. The hot tub was down for repair the whole week. The keyless entry cards did not work seventy percent of the time on the room door or outside doors of hotel.
The beds were nice. The room had a kitchenette, plenty of drawer space, and a good air conditioner unit. The bathroom was well appointed. The hotel was close to restaurants and fast food.
I am very likely
to return to the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Austin-North.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
