The bed was great...teh AC was powerful...the shower was SCARY. The tub did not drain, so by the time the shower was done you were standing in half a tub full of soapy water. Beyond that, there was a soft spot in the wall where tiles were falling in on themselves. This is an older hotel (used to be a Hampton) that needs more diligent maintenance. There were no other problems aside from the hotel selling parking on game days so you had to park in the back and haul your luggage around the bulding, but the people were friendly and the facility was clean.

The lobby was nice and the staff cordial; however, the room was not what I expected. Carpet was aged and the air conditioner leaked soaking the carpet on one entire side of the bed.
It was in a convenient location for the Braves game, but I probably won't choose this facility again.

I loved the location and that they offered a free breakfast. I wish that we had a refrigerater in the room. My children were disappointed in the swimming pool.
If your going to Atlanta for a game at turner field you can't beat this hotel.Parking is included and you can walk across the street so you don't have to worry about the crazy traffic. The bullpen next door has good food and a laid back...

It was a great hotel. I stayed there due to a past experience of my wife with this company. The hotel staff was excellent on where to go to eat and what to do, along with what discounts I could get at local attractions.
It was a really nice hotel and the staff gave me coupons for discounts on places I was going.
I am very likely
to return to the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Atlanta Downtown South at Turner Field.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
Staff is first class!! Kid friendly

Horrible
Rooms were nasty...from smell of stale smoke to stains on the carpet, blood on the bedspread, mold on the bathroom wall, and hair in the bathtub! When we arrived, we walked into our fist room and almost fell over with the strong smell of stale...
