Clean, quiet, good buffet breakfast, the high speed internet in the lobby is a plus.
For extended stays the staff makes a special effort to learn your name - is that a silly trick? Sure, but it feels special when you return to the hotel after a day working out of town, and the little touch means a lot.
The lobby is a special treat with comfortable seating, nice atmosphere, and of course, the internet - making it much nicer that surfing in the room.

My wife and I stayed here on an overnight as we returned from vacation. I have always loved Country Inn and Suites, but this hotel was terrible. The room was dirty. It was called a non-smoking room, but they had sprayed so much "room deodorant"...

Hotel was what you would expect for the price. Staff were nice and the room was clean. Microwave and a ref. where in the room. The hotel isn't in the best of areas but I felt safe. Breakfast bar could have been better.Over all I was happy.

The lobby and corridors smelled of warm baked cookies. Fresh cookies are available at check in. Nice touch. Wonderful atmosphere. Comfy beds, qiuet room, good breakfast, convienant location. Not luxuary but well worth the money.
I would just like to say that of all the hotels at the airport, this one was the topper as far as customer service and cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast bar is wonderful. This is by far the best looking country inn that I have stayed in yet. ...
