We loved the nice room and Lobby. Great Breakfast! But the day we came in we had no extra toilet tissue. Just a little left on the rolls that were there. So I had to get one from the desk. The next day we went in town in the morning, when we got back in the afternoon, our room was cleaned but all we had was two bath towels. We had no hand towels or washcloths. I went to the desk and they said they would bring some. An hour went by and no towels, called the desk and they again said they would bring some. Never got them and had to shower with no washcloths, had to go to a wedding. Got back that night and still no towels. They said they ran out of them. But finally got some. We thought for the amount we had to pay for the room for two nights we had bad service from your help!Can't believe a Hotel like that they ran out of towels.
72 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I/we have traveled for several years so my/our comments are based upon this most recent stay as compared to many others. Check-in was quick and trouble-free; our room and especially the bath was clean and well organized; our room, and the entire hotel seemed to be very quiet & restful; our bed was very comfortable & well stocked with pillows; our room had a microwave & small refrigerator; overall hotel security seemed well planned with secure entry doors at all entrances; the breakfast room was very clean AND a breakfast attentant was present to help with food restocking, wafel making, etc. All positions considered, staff at this hotel was very friendly, helpful efficient.

Excellent
This is our 2nd stay here and it was just as wonderful as the first. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The Front Desk Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was a great place to sit and relax while the kids had fun (very clean)....
Hotel was nice but no air in our room.

Mediocre
Hotel was nice but no air in our room. When I asked to be moved to another room, I was told no other rooms were available and just to open my window. Hard to do when it's ninety degrees outside. When my daughter went down later to complain, somehow...
