Country Inn and Suites By Carlson Hotel

Good location just off the i4. Staff was helpful and rooms ok though a little worn. Had wireless connection in the lobby. Good breakfast. Pool was also good and quiet.

It is excellent. I love the make over. The beds are really comfortable. It is very pleasant.

The room was old and dingy. I didn't feel that the price we paid for the room was representative of what we were given. The location was great for the area but the cleanliness was not up to par.

I disliked that there was no business center with internet access. I would advise other Florida residents to stay in a Disney Value resort. The price is lower and you get all the benefits of staying on a Disney property. I would have stayed on a Disney property, but my mom booked the hotel before I could tell her about it. The hotel's cancellation policy is extremely restrictive. One cannot cancel at any time without acquiring some type of fee, even if it is months ahead of time.
