Country Inn and Suites Bothell Hotel

It was a nice location but there was a little confusion about checking in.

It has a great location and a nice and friendly staff.

The hotel has a nice quiet location, close to the high tech business park. It is a bit away from the major shopping areas but they are within fifteen minutes drive on the freeway. The desk clerk at check in was friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, the pillows were small and too soft. The hotel provides a nice complimentary breakfast buffet, with milk, juice, cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and fresh fruit.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Check in was quick. I was given a choice of rooms.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was the best. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable.

I got a comfortable room, at a reasonable rate. The hotel had good lobby and lounge facilities, easily accessible central pool area and nicely furnished rooms. The check out clerk was not helpful, but I would stay there again.
