It is conveniently located.

It has a great location right next to the Mall of America. They had a daily shuttle to the mall that ran on the hour. The hotel was directly connected to IHOP. On a busy weekend the parking could be treacherous. There was a small pool, but there were two of them and also two hot tubs.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They had friendly, cozy rooms and comfortable beds.

Everything was next to perfect for our stay. I didn't use the pool but I believe the children with us would have rather had a large pool instead of the two small ones they had there.

This hotel made me feel respected: They were very attentive to our wishes.

The staff was very nice, and if you have any questions on how to get to places in the area they have cards that will tell you the directions, and you can take them with you. It's a very nice place for the money and location.

We enjoyed our stay especially the continental breakfast. When you have children with you it is nice to be able to chose from a variety of items without having to wait to be served. We also loved the location close to the Mall of America. The maids do need to clean under beds a little more, though.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was nice to have free books to read, ability to check e- mail, places to eat connected to the hotel so that we did not have to leave the hotel area when we were exhausted from travel.

I liked the hotel's excellent, convenient location. It was clean and comfortable.

This is a great Hotel in a convenient location. It's very comfortable with a great continental breakfast!

The heater could not maintain the temperature properly.

This hotel has a very friendly staff and a nice complimentary breakfast. It gives a very good rate for the budget conscience but the beds are a bit hard and uncomfortable.

I always stay at these hotels because they are spotless and the staff do an excellent job of making me comfortable. It's a good value, I get a quiet night's sleep, and there's a pleasant breakfast in the morning!
