It was a convenient location, with a very polite staff and very accommodating when there was a problem with the room. The hotel paid for us to stay at a nearby hotel for the first scheduled night of our stay. I would have preferred that it had an indoor pool.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Country Inn and Suites Bel Air.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This is the second time I've stayed at a Country Inns and Suites by Carlson. Both times the comfort, service, and friendliness of the staff were excellent. I would highly recommend Country Inns and Suites to anyone looking for a good hotel to stay in while traveling.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: My husband surprised me with a one night stay in one of their Jacuzzi rooms. It was a nice surprise for the weekend before our fourth wedding anniversary.

I am very likely to return to the Country Inn and Suites Bel Air.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
