Country Inn and Suites Beaufort Hotel

I would not stay at this hotel again. The first room they gave us the rug was stained, the air conditioner did not work and the room had a weird smell. They gave us a second room the rug was again stained and old, the remote to the t.v did not work, and it also smelled. The only thing that was good was the breakfast in the morning. I would not stay at this hotel, the Inn's at the center of town looked much nicer than the hotels in the area.

I spent two nights in the Country Inn & Suites in Beaufort, SC. The hotel looks nice from the outside. The room was clean, however, the bed is very uncomfortable. I and my husband woke up with a bad back and neck aches every morning. The mattresses are just too hard and the pillows are too flat. The people staying above us were very noisy also and woke us up with their loud walking after midnight. The sound barrier between upstairs and downstairs was non-existent. This hotel is close to several eating places, but if you're looking for comfort, I would think twice about staying here.

The staff was wonderful and friendly; the breakfast was great. Except for a dirty pool the day we arrived, and it was promptly cleaned, our stay was great.

I was very disappointed with the fitness room. It had only a treadmill and an exercise bike. The continental breakfast was very good, though.
