We had a Jacuzzi tub and it was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It felt like a world-class hotel and the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff was very friendly and they had very fast check-out services.

This hotel made me feel secure: There was somebody at the front desk all night. We also had the room that was right by the front desk, so I knew if there was a problem I could get to them fast. There were plenty of emergency exits and I could tell they were locked from the outside but if I needed to get out I could.

It was fantastic. The girl that checked me in was great, she recommended places and things for our kids.

This hotel made me feel inspired: It was clean and refreshing.

They were extremely polite and went above and beyond what we expected. We reserved a family fun package and we got more than our money's worth. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel made me feel entertained: We thoroughly enjoyed our free in room movie, the person at the counter came up and helped us fix the reception of the TV.

The staff was very friendly including the night auditor. She helped me by suggesting locally owned and operated places to eat and some attractions my kids would like. This is usually the time of night that people are rude but she was upbeat and very friendly.

This hotel made me feel inspired: I felt like I was at home. I wasn't expecting a breakfast like they served. There was so much to choose from, although I wish they would of had a grape juice considering they are so close to the Ohio wine country.

A problem came up regarding my gold points which is not yet resolved. The other problem is the door into the suite is so very heavy it was hard for us to open. We understand safety issues but that is crazy for a door to be that heavy.
