46 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
It’s very convenient for shopping at Mall of America. It’s within walking distance, they have a shuttle, but we didn't bother to take advantage of it since the weather was so nice. The breakfast is very nice, during the week they make great waffles! The rooms are comfortable, although could sometimes be a bit worn. We didn't have that problem with the room this last time. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. All in all, a great experience.
This hotel made me feel Welcome: The staff was very friendly at check-in, They offered info. before we asked. They had cookies available! Always acknowledged us when entering or leaving.

to return to the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Bloomington at Mall of America.
