The service attendants were very helpful and the rooms were a great value.Our family visits Charleston, WV Frequently and it was the best and most affordable one we've stayed in.
Not friendly upon arrival. The free breakfast was inedible (the eggs could not be cut with the plastic knives provided). Also, they said they had DSL cables in the room, which they did not have, so we never could get online.

For it to be a pet friendly inn it is very clean. I have not been to another inn that has been this clean and there to serve their customers. It is a very comfortable place to stay and has a very good breakfast. Thank you for your inn.
