After a late arrival, with 4 exhausted children (two of them babies), we settled into the Regency Inn and Suites. The room was filthy! Debris on the floor which the toddler proceeded to pick up and hand to us....Shower curtain polka dotted with mildew...hairs in sink and on toilet...cobwebs on nightside stands...dead bugs under beds...weeds growing up against back window! When we asked for a vacuum to use ourselves...we were told it was locked away for the night. We slept on top of covers and kept babies off the floor. Floor so dusty that it blackened the children's socks! When we showed Housekeeping the next morning they were apologetic and gave us clean sheets, shower curtain and clean towels to replace ourselves! I had a relative bring us a vacuum to use our self as we repacked to leave so that we could have the children walk on the floor. They discounted the room for us...but we all now have upper respiratory infections and bug bites! I can't find the corporate address to inform them of this atrocity! Skip this motel please!!!!
