Not impressed with the customer service of the staff or cleanliness of the rooms. Would not stay here again, nor would we recommend anyone stay here.

This hotel is easy to find with its distinguishing terra-cotta color. Its friendly staff helps you in any way possible as well as a parking lot.

They were very attentive and the staff was very cordial at all times. There was no request that seemed too small to be filled.

The rooms were a little dirty.

For the price paid, it's a good value, but not in a great location.

The location was great. It is an easy flat walk to Fishermans Wharf. It was a short steep walk to the cable car or a longer flat one.

Good Location. Ambiable staff. Old, small, but well maintained property. Very good restaurant (Baker Street Bistro) around the corner. Limited parking (Get there early!).
