Horrible
traveling for leisure
Not impressed with the customer service of the staff or cleanliness of the rooms. Would not stay here again, nor would we recommend anyone stay here.

This hotel is easy to find with its distinguishing terra-cotta color. Its friendly staff helps you in any way possible as well as a parking lot.

I really like their facilities and amenities as well. Staffs were friendly and helpful. I was given a top floor room which was nice and quiet. I especially like their refrigerator in that room where I stayed and it seems like it's new and...

The location was great. It is an easy flat walk to Fishermans Wharf. It was a short steep walk to the cable car or a longer flat one.
The room was nothing special, but was OK except:

Okay
Good Location. Ambiable staff. Old, small, but well maintained property. Very good restaurant (Baker Street Bistro) around the corner. Limited parking (Get there early!).
