37 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel does not honor their gift certificates that they awarded me. I won at auction a certificate for a two night stay in Elko, Nevada. When I tried to redeem it they said it was no longer valid because it was expired. I showed them the certificate had no EXPIRE DATE ON IT. The really sad part was that the lady I was dealing with was the same lady who had signed the certificate!

Horrible
I was appalled at how dirty our room was, the carpet was filthy, hair on the bathroom floor, and in the bed. Mildew on the shower tiles. If I would have known how bad these rooms were I would have stayed at a $30 dollar a night room, at least...
Staff was very friendly; room was quite large and very clean; loved the pool and exercise area; great breakfast is more than just donuts and coffee; the dining area is available to all guests 24hrs, including microwave ovens. Remodeling in rooms...
This hotel has recently been renamed Country Hearth but the outstanding level of service remains. Rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and quiet. The staff was attentive to our every need. Fresh baked cookies whenever you walk in and a well...

Excellent
This is an excellent place to stay as you trek across the deserts of Nevada between CA and UT. A wonderful oasis and urge you to stay here. Have tried all the others in Elko and this one is head and shoulders...
