This was by far the worst hotel that I have ever seen. I say "seen" because I did not stay there. I took one look at the place, the lobby and the room and I left immediately to find another place. First of all, there is a glass pane when you walk into the lobby with a sign that says, "ring bell." Obviously they have had a lot of robberies because the attendant had to come around from the dvd player that she was watching on the couch to open the door. 2nd of all, I had previously stated that I had two small dogs when I made the reservation. There were three signs that said "no pets." They let me have the pets but with a fee. After I got my key, I entered the room and saw that the extended or extra dead bolt was busted as if someone had kicked in the door. Not feeling safe at all, I tried to turn on a light. No lights worked! My boyfriend and I did not feel safe and wanted to check online for any other hotels. I called down to see what the wireless password was and the lady told me, "oh sorry it is down today." Yeah right! They probably never even had wireless like they promised online. We immediately got in the car and left. I have never felt that unsafe before in my life. There were strange people milling around the area and people were screaming nearby. Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed and I have stayed in some sorry places. Also, we were unable to refund our money because there was a sign on the door that said, "no refunds after 10 minutes of check in." Either everybody wants to check out as soon as they check in or this is a hotel that has a problem with prostitutes. Please listen to this advice and do not stay here. It was horrible. We got a hotel near the airport where it was half way decent and cheaper than this place! Do not believe the "good" reviews you hear of this place. They obviously have been written by the staff.
