54 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The rooms were in bad disrepair. The carpets were dirty and the bathroom was not clean at all. The front desk person was less than helpful and had a bad disposition toward the customers. The beds were very old and they have no support and then they lean to one side making it very uncomforable. The free breakfast was to be served from 6:30 to 9:30 and by 8:00 there was nothing left. There was only waffles and some juice. There was no fruit and no bread or bagels. This was a big dissapointment. If they are going to advertise these things then they should provide enough for ALL of the people there. I would not recommend this hotel and I will not stay here again.
My stay at this hotel began alright but was tarnished very quickly. We checked in on friday october 13th and checked out today, sunday october 15th. I am very unsastisfied with my stay at this particular hotel and the staff itself. We went out...
