We found the room rate to be very reasonable for a place to stay during a weekend shopping excursion. However, we were a little disappointed in the free INNcredible breakfast that was advertise as the choices were very limited.

Okay
The hotel is easy to find and less than 20 minutes from downtown, thus providing substantial savings to the price of hotels in downtown. The room was quiet. No noisy or rowdy neighbors to disturb rest. In dealings with the staff, they were...

This inn is awful! starting with the nasty carpets that I was afraid to put my feet on. room was dirty with other people personal belongings still underneath the bed; swimming pool was just a hole in the ground, no water with light hanging out and chairs in it; Pepsi machine was out of order; mattress and boxsprings were marred and stained; HOT breakfast that was advertised consisted of the toast and frozen waffles; the wi-fi connection went up to whooping 5kb/s (you might as well go to cheap inn and connecting to neighboring networks).
stay away, there are lots of much better alternatives in Charleston just look for them!

It was partially our fault because the desk clerk was outside with her friends smoking while we were waiting at the desk for service. This should have been a big red flag. However, we waited for her to get done and come inside to wait on us.
When receiving my credit card bill, they also charged us for a night we weren't even in South Carolina. By the way, there is no toll free number for bill resolutions, which for a high-priced Inn like this, is ridiculous.
