Excellent
59 year old with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel made me feel Respected: They helped to explain why the price was different than what we thought it would be, (from on-line reservation) they were friendly in the explanation and did not have a "Don't bother me with small details" attitude, the owner spoke with us and was very nice.

to return to the Country Hearth Inn Knightdale.
