This is the second time i have stayed at this hotel the first was when it was the Radisson. Horrible experience so i thought i would try again under the new Management as The Cosmopolitan, big mistake. I am currently in a dispute with them regarding
The room was nicely attired and had 2 Sleep Comfort beds. The bathroom had been updated at some point but still didn't have a vent fan. The air-conditioning was the old unit-style but it cooled the room quite well. Other than the weight equipment

The bathroom was very unclean with body hair and mold in the bathroom as well as the toilet. The tile floor was sticky. I asked for cleaning, the room was supposedly cleaned but there was no change in the hair or the mold. I asked for a manager to come and see the room but the night manager said she had supervised the previous cleaning and she would not come up to the room. Also, the room reeked of smoke although it was supposed to be a non smoking room. It had very recently been heavily smoked in. As I am allergic to smoke this was unacceptable.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Cosmopolitan Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Stayed 3 nights and by the end of my stay the restaurant staff remembered my name! Quality of food was great and the front desk was more than willing to answer questions regarding the town. My sleep number bed originally wasn't working and when I called down to front desk they sent someone right away. It turns out it was only unplugged but the gentleman was extremely nice about it. Overall, a great part of town and well worth the price. I am definitely going back!!

At 10:30 and 9:30 on Saturday and Sunday morning, respectively, someone started drilling to install something; it was impossible to sleep. In addition, the manager was less than politely responsive to requests for information about future reservatio

The shower control was coming off of the wall and was rusty around the edges. There was a vent overhead in the shower, which was rusty. Also, if were female, might have been paranoid that there was a hidden camera in there.
Seemed to be in a good part of town, and desk staff seemed to take note of who was coming in and out.
