67 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I liked the location. Since we were on a pleasure trip the hotel was located near the beach, the mall and the Navy hospital which I visited. Everything about the hotel was nice, the only thing I found not to the standard were the beds. They were not comfortable at all.

It was easy to find. It offered quality service and it was clean, quiet, with well set up rooms. It had a convenient location to all the parts of the city I needed to get to.
The staff immediately acknowledged me when I entered the lobby, even though waiting on other people. When it was my turn they answered my questions and they called on other staff to check on what they could not answer off the top of their heads. They listened to what I needed and they made sure those needs were met.

The clean, new condition of the hotel was outstanding for the low price. The room was large with nice furnishing - desk with hutch, and included microwave and frig. We rarely travel with our dogs, so it was a treat that people were dog friendly. ...

Mediocre
Called two months ahead to make reservations for family to attend a college graduation. Informed Red Roof agent had senior citizens and requested two room on ground floor. Assured request was secured.
