21 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
this has to be the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. when my husband went to check in they didn't have our reservations that we had called ahead to confirm. then they tried to put us in a non pet room. we had specifically asked for a pet room. they said they only had one open and that it had to be cleaned. so we waited 20 minutes while they "cleaned" it. there was glass on the floor, they didn't have a mop to mop the floors so it was 1/2 way broom swept. the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all. we were told that there was wireless internet in the hotel... there was only wireless right beside the front desk. we asked them to clean up the glass while we were out the second day and they didn't do it. they were very rude. bad customer service. the bar/lounge is very sleezy. i will never go back
