I stayed at this corporate suite because it was advertised as a loft style apartment for 4 people, clean,and relaxing. When I checked in they moved me to a one bedroom, no explanation given, but I was reassured that the extra sofa bed would provide the extra room for our party of three. Walking in, it was dirty, stains on all seats, big tears in sofa bed, no bedding for sofa bed, blue chemicals spilled on bathroom floors, inadequate lighting, distinct mold smell in room and heating unit (which does not adequately heat suite), and kitchenette dishes had dried on food on them. The advertised "jacuzzi style tub" was TINY, not to mention when trying to fill the tub the hot water ran out within four minutes. I waited for the hot water tank to refill and reheat and tried again about 2 hours later, this time just for a shower. The hot water lasted for only a couple of minutes, not enough for one person, let alone three. I also called to complain that there was no bedding for the sofa bed, the desk clerk claimed that he would be stepping out of the office (no maintenance/housekeeping on premises during weekends, so good luck if you need something) and that he could return with extra bedding in about an hour. He did return in stated amount of time, but he had 2 heavily stained pillows, one dirty comforter (it had pubic hair on it), and 2 mattress pads, no sheets. FILTHY, repulsive, and offensive, but we had no choice as it was already 10pm and we had to be up by 5am the next morning. My concerns have not been addressed by the manager or the owners and it has been coming up on two months since I have stayed there. No one has apologized, or offered to rectify the situation, return calls are promised but never made. The suites are not in a good part of town, and are situated right next to a rehab center, there were a lot of shady people walking around the neighborhood at all hours (at 11pm and at 5am) I would never consider staying here again, We couldn't take showers, one of us had to sleep on that disgusting sofa bed, and I had to wash the dishes first, just to use them. Be warned, you will not have a restful stay here like they have advertised. I took pictures of everything including the stained pillows. This would not be acceptable at a regular hotel, yet they are still charging the same prices as a regular hotel.

I confirmed a reservation more than 6 weeks before our arrival. One week before we arrived we were informed by Corporate suites that they had overbooked???, and would secure another hotel at the same rate. It was not the same rate (+$25 per night)....

Great customer service, very clean room, quiet and allowed pets. Jetted tub, private patio. The room felt like a little beach cottage with the bedroom in the loft. We will stay here next time we're in Tacoma. I will recommend this Hotel to...
