Good
What a beautiful setting to start and end your day. We stayed in the highrise and had a wonderful view. The room was clean, and fit our needs. The only thing I missed was a mirror. The bathroom has a small mirror, none in bedroom to see how you ...
We have been coming here for 6 years. Our last visit was in March of 2008. My Dad passed away while we were there and we had to leave early. The staff was very helpful to us during that time. We are headed back in Oct. of this year and can't ...
Just got back from a 5 night stay at the Coral Sands in one of the cottages. We were there for a family reunion, so we didn't have any say in where we would stay. I was greatly surprised to find the Coral Sands comfortable, clean and the staff ...

Excellent
We loved the February get-away; we got the 'perfect' room with the 'perfect' location ~ corner, poolside, beachview ~ 'perfect'! We were greeted with smiles by all staff encountered, given extra linen and pool towels right...

I think customers have the right to know how safe a place really is. For the record, I am a regular and I talk to the maintenance people all the time.
All I have is straight from the employees. I have seen some confusing construction take place and some needed construction not take place, I dont see many inspectors to approve much that is going on. I have seen concrete renovation on the high rise where concrete guys just covered up serious rusted rebar and structure damage, without any structure repair or at least inspection from the city. Yet the high rise is open for business?
Roofing redone right over old wet roofing, I am told that there are mold issues on all the upper floors, smoke detectors are not working in every upper floor room to include some lower floors. Yet the building is open?
Water that customers use was being run through garden hoses to increase the pressure. That made me angry, so I followed and it was connected to the hose bib outside room 614. Is this a health issue?
There were exposed electric wires by the street outside the campground area (they are live wires) and there were also more exposed electric wires outside the dumpster area.
All these issues are well known and reported to the owners all the time, and the people in charge. They are overlooked or when you try to discuss these issues they are fired or they find a reason to let them go. These issues are serious, and in some cases, may be dangerous to customers. I think its important to let you know.
The staff is always friendly and helpful when making reservations and during our visits. (We've been staying here for the past 12 years). The "tower" rooms are spacious and we love having the kitchenette to prepare meals and snacks. We ...
