The hotel is old, and the toilet was backed up. I still could have dealt with that, but the staff made my stay the worst. My reservation was cancelled, and I called to make another one, when I showed up, I had two reservations! I paid for my room, and my credit card was charged three times! I called and spoke to their rude manager, after saying "Uh huh" about five times, he yelled that he can’t help me and hung up. When my wife tried to get some info, she got the same treatment. Stay away from this place. There are nicer looking places nearby, it does not look like the website!
