My last stay at Holiday Inn was the first that I ever experienced dirty bathrooms and non-working appliances. I'm willing to give them another try.

When we book a reservation with them, they always double charge us -- no matter what city it is or anything like that. We then have to go through an extremely bad experience trying to get our money back. This time, when we stayed, we paid with cash to avoid the hassle.
