40 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I did not like staying at this copthorne hotel and resorts bay of Islands as the service there is poor...The receptionist are so rude and agro looking they look like they hate being there so why work there in the first place only impression we get is unpleasant...The food was poor and not really delicious looking...But on the other hand I did enjoy my room 219 as it was very beautiful and clean, The housekeeping staff were so polite and warming, and I had no problems with trusting them cleaning my room as I had some very valuable things in there...They were AWESOME and deserve a thumbs up and recognition for their hard work Thank you Housekeeping staff at least you made our stay some what pleasant
