You get what you pay for. Great location but old hotel. If you have a car this is not the place to stay. OK to stay just for sleep and a shower nothing more.

39 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
WOW thats all i can say about this property. I am a Travel Agent and thought i would try a budget hotel for my trip to Oahu what a mistake that was the Aqua Continental is Old and the upkeep proves it, the rooms are small smelt of mildew, the beds very small and during our stay someone set the sprinkler system off on the 12 floor which we were on and flooded the floor we had to walk down 12 flights of stairs and wait outside the hotel for an hour at 3
:30 am. Not to mention the disgusting condom wrappers left in the elevator. Definatley not a safe hotel and i can tell you one thing i will never ever ever book clients at that property. The next morning i called our tour company and demanded they move us they moved us to the Aqua Wave which was 3 blocks away and owned by the same company this property was clean and beautiful amazing what 3 blocks on the same street can make such a difference.
