The Conrad Indianapolis hotel is a beautiful hotel, located in the heart of a beautifully refurbished downtown. The amenities are top rate and I thoroughly enjoyed that. It was affordable only because it was a business trip and we were given a courtesy di
The employees treated us as though we were paying the exorbitant rack rate instead of the subsidized rate we paid. They made us feel as though we deserved to be there and be pampered.
I am very likely
to return to the Conrad Indianapolis.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Actually, if the rooms were a little larger, and everything wasn't nickle and dimed, this would be a world-class property.
The first time I stayed there I was VERY impressed, but as the hotel built a clientele, they became less and less interested in the regular traveler.
The valet staff is quick and efficient, the front desk staff is pleasant - the restaurants are horrendously overpriced, and so I did not dine there. Housekeeping did their job admirably.
There are scant upgrades for Diamond level members. All things being equal, I will stay at the Homewood Suites on 86th st. the next time I have occasion to be in Indy.

It seems like an amazing hotel, the lobby and rooms are very nice and clean, but the staff is terrible.
Their spa was the worst, the staff in the spa/fitness are so snobby, even if you spend a lot of money. The spa staff lied to me about their product ingredients to make a sale. They also scheduled me for a full day at the spa and due to their staffing problems, they rearranged my treatments for their needs, put my facial first and everything after so my face ended up rubbing against the rough massage table head rest and getting what felt and looked like major rug burn.
