30 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway to Chicago. We arrived a bit early and were told our suite wouldn't be ready for a few minutes, then without us protesting we were upgraded from our King Jr Suite to the Grand Terrace Suite. It was a marvelous stay, the staff was wonderful, the service was outstanding.
