54 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

Moldy dirty rooms. it was a very bad experience. unsafe aerea. be aware

I am not likely to return to the Connecticut Grand Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.

26 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We stupidly chose this hotel for a block of rooms for our wedding guests because we thought it was a good location and we got a good price. However, we had nothing but problems the entire weekend of our wedding. They lost people's reservations, they didn't have enough clean rooms, and they started giving people clean sheets and towels and told them to clean their own rooms. Worst of all, the management could care less and did absolutely nothing to remedy or resolve the situation - or ever even admit that there was a problem. Needless to say, we had a terrible time and were extremely embarrassed at what our wedding guests were subjected to.
